ADOT Paid Student Internships - Environmental/Biology
ADOT has a couple paid intern positions open to work on environmental and biology-related review of projects and activities. They are looking to fill the positions quickly, so if you could share this with students who might be interested, that would be great! Interns can usually work up to 40 hours during the summer and 20 hours during the school year.
One position is with the biology team in the Environmental Planning Group - primarily working in the office on review of transportation projects for compliance with the Endangered Species Act and other related laws. The second position is to work with the District Environmental Coordinator in the Phoenix Maintenance District, which is the field side of environmental, including biology, dust control, and all kinds of
